Thank you for signing up to use our products!

We've drafted these Terms of Service (or "Terms" for short) to describe the rules of SignBFF's relationship with you. These Terms are a legal agreement, so please read them carefully. The SignBFF Application (the "SignBFF App") is developed and operated by SignBFF.

The content of these Terms may vary from time to time, notably to take into consideration any changes of applicable laws. Any changes will be brought to your attention for their careful review. The continued use of the SignBFF App following notice of any changes constitutes an express acceptance of the amended SignBFF Terms of Service.

By using the SignBFF App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

I. Who Can Use The SignBFF App

If you are under 13, you are not allowed to create an account or use the SignBFF App. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you are not allowed to create an account or use the SignBFF App without the permission of your legal representative.

By using the SignBFF App, you state that:

• You are not a person who is barred from using the SignBFF App under the laws of applicable jurisdictions.
• You will provide us with correct information when creating your profile, and will not create an account using information from another person.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
• In the event that your access to the SignBFF App has been suspended, interrupted or somehow blocked or removed by us, you will not attempt to create a new account.

II. Your Rights to Use the SignBFF App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SignBFF grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable license to: (a) access and use the Services for your non-commercial use (b) download, install and use the SignBFF App on one or more mobile device(s).

Any software that we provide you, including the SignBFF App, may automatically download and install upgrades, updates, or other new features and regularly send log information to our servers. You may be able to adjust these automatic downloads through your mobile device settings.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the SignBFF App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission to do so.

III. Rights You Give Us

The SignBFF App let you create, upload, post, send, receive and store images (such as your profile photo). When you do that, you retain whatever ownership rights in that content you had to begin with. But you grant us a license to use that content.

For all content you submit to the Service other than Public Content, you grant SignBFF and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, and distribute that content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones.

You can end these licenses anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content will continue to appear if you shared it with others and they have not deleted it.

If you volunteer feedback or suggestions, we can use your ideas without compensating you.

IV. Safety and Respecting the Rights of Others

Providing a safe and open service for a broad community requires that we all do our part. You therefore may not use the SignBFF App, or enable anyone else to use the SignBFF App, in a manner that:

• impersonates others or provide inaccurate information. You must provide us with accurate and up to date information (including registration information).
• spams or solicits our users.
• violates or infringes someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
• interferes with the positive experience of other users of the SignBFF App, in SignBFF’s discretion.
• is bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene, or offensive, or that contains pornography, nudity, or graphic or gratuitous violence, or that promotes violence, racism, discrimination, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
• is unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You will also not:

• use any robot or other automated means or interface to access the SignBFF App or extract other user’s information.
• upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the SignBFF App.
• encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

You must also respect SignBFF's rights.

V. Copyright

Our policy allows copyright owners to request removal of any infringing materials and for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users of the SignBFF App who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, including copyrights.

SignBFF will promptly terminate the accounts of users that are determined by SignBFF to be repeat infringers.

VI. Your Account

You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your SignBFF account, so please keep it secure. By using the SignBFF App, you agree that you will not:

• create another account if we have already suspended, disabled or somehow blocked your account, unless you have our written permission to do so.
• buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your SignBFF account without our written permission.
• share your account sign in information with others.
• log in or attempt to access the SignBFF App through unauthorized third-party applications or clients.

If you think that someone has gained access to your account, contact us as soon as possible via support@signbff.com.

VII. Modifying the Service and Termination

We are constantly improving the SignBFF App and creating new services. That means we may add or remove features, products or functionality, and we may also suspend or stop the SignBFF App at any time without notice.

You can terminate these Terms at any time by deleting your account. We can also terminate these Terms or deactivate your SignBFF account at any time if we think you have violated these Terms or for any reason. We may deactivate your account due to prolonged inactivity, and we may reclaim your username at any time for any reason.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to keep the SignBFF App up and running and free of annoyances and errors. However, you use it at your own risk.

SignBFF accepts no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) the conduct or content of other users or third parties on or through the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content, even if SignBFF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Each user is free to terminate their relationship with SignBFF. They simply need to delete their user profile. The content provided by users must be lawful and must not infringe upon the rights of third parties. SignBFF cannot be held liable for inaccuracies or the erroneous character of content provided by the user and any consequences which may arise as a result.

IX. Severability

That a condition within these Terms is declared null, invalid, or non-applicable shall have no effect on the validity and applicability of any remaining conditions.

X. Final Terms

• These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and SignBFF, and supersede all prior agreements between us.
• If we don’t enforce a part of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver. You can’t transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.
• All rights not granted to you are reserved by us and all intellectual property in the SignBFF App is owned or licensed by us.
